All content provided through our services, including designs, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Florevia Leaf Quill or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Florevia Leaf Quill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Florevia Leaf Quill, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
